What are my responsibilities as an issuer?

As an issuer, you must ensure:

• That all the documents submitted for due diligence, and offering documents to the investors are valid and legal. 
• To inform Ethis of any material adverse changes in any documents or business activities of the company during the campaign period and after the completion of the funding.
• That the company is not performing business activities that violate any laws in any jurisdiction and is free from any litigation proceedings. 
• To keep your investors updated on the company’s progress on a periodic basis.
