Comparison between projected return Vs. actual return for the successful projects that already paid out.

In the past 3 years, the company has managed to have projected returns equal to actual returns at the end of the project. This is mainly due to the fact that the housing prices the platform funds fall under the Indonesian government housing program in which the selling prices are fixed. Our project management team during the campaign onboarding have access to the cost of construction and the selling prices and therefore able to make a projection of the returns.
